Russian firetruck
From the same exercise on across the eastern border.
This one had quite a bit of editing, as should be apparent. First the curves were adjusted with a heavy s-curve. The a partial bw conversion, which was sepia toned. Finally added some noise and blurred the noise to lessen its effect. Finally USM after the resize.
