The original shot didn’t turn out exactly how I wanted it to. So I decided to play around with it a bit. I really don’t know how I feel about this shot.
I initially played around with the curves, then created a blurred contrast mask, under which I positioned a hard light duplicate of the image. All of this was also cropped a bit with USM applied after the resize.
